Order placed to out the door: under 1 business day
Select your crystal shape along with size. During the purchase process you’ll upload your desired photo and add any text you’d like engraved on your crystal.
Within 1 business day of receiving your order, your digital proof will be ready. Our in-house designers take the photo you provided and render it into a 3D design for your crystal, applying any text you’d like added.
Once the proof is ready, production begins on your crystal. Our commercial-grade lasers can complete a crystal in about 30 minutes, making total production time for your project less than 24 hours.
After production, your order is promptly packed and shipped to you. From the moment your order is placed to it leaving our door, total time is under 1 business day. Standard shipping times still apply.
Timelines start once your order and photo are received. Standard shipping times apply after your order leaves our studio.
